Alex is pleased to work with many East Coast Tasmanian clients to deliver expertly prepared estate plans, wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship, binding death benefit nominations and all aspects of estate administration including applications for probate and letters of administration. When things go wrong, Alex can help you and your family navigate the complexities of a contested estate.
Criminal law & appearances at St Helens Magistrates Court
Alex represents East Coast Tasmanian clients in matters of criminal law, including appearances at St Helens Magistrates Court. Alex can assist clients with traffic and drink-driving offences, Restricted Licence Applications, and other matters listed in the Court of Petty Sessions.
